ABOUT FIONA

Fiona Laird (for more info please see Wikipedia) is a multi-award winning theatre director, writer, campaigner, philospher, and artist who was brought up in the Fens of East Anglia but has lived in London for 30 years.

She has directed plays at the National Theatre, the RSC, the Royal Court, the Almeida, the Old Vic, the Welsh National Opera, in the west End and at many regional theatres
 
In 2013 she founded the National Youth Arts Trust which supports talented young people from non-privileged backgrounds to pursue training in the performing arts

 

As an artist/painter, Fiona has trained with Kim Scouller and with many tutors at London Drawing, Candid Arts, and the London Drawing School
 

This website has been created to sell both her original paintings, prints and her greetings cards designs (many of which have a theatrical theme). She is driven by both a love of colour and form, and of the English countryside
